Build a relationship with your scholar and create experiences that enable the him to grow as an individual and successfully prepare for college and life beyond.

Help BHGH of KC to plan and implement special events throughout the year.
Short-Term Volunteer Projects:
A variety of short-term volunteer options are available such as office assistance, meal preparation, community service projects and more.
Scholars are assigned to a tutor with knowledge of his or her challenge subject. Tutors meet with scholars at the residence, typically during weeknight study halls for high school students, and during after school study time for younger scholars.
Bible Study Leader:
Help equip scholars to grow in relationship to God.
Help perform "majors", a deep clean of the BHGH of KC residence and vehicles with scholars, team members and other volunteers.
Yard Work Days:
Join a large group of volunteers in the spring and fall for yard clean up days, or a smaller team on a regular basis to help with lawn upkeep.
Residential Volunteer Assistant:
Be a part- or full-time volunteer team member at our residence.
Use your vehicle to help get scholars to school, work and extracurricular activities.
Join a committee to help move the work of BHGH of KC forward.
